Wastewater treatment plant in Wilczęta Góry - Ecol – Unicon Sp. z o. o.

Programmed series of pump stations and sedimentation tanks for the discharge of treated wastewater outside the abattoir. Visualisation of the treated water discharge process using a selected SCADA package. The visualisation allows monitoring ofe pump stations, adjustments of the control parameters, archiving of measured data and generating trends.

The Unitronics V120 control system was selected for this task. Each pump station was equipped with one such control unit to carry out the pumping process. At the same time, it allows all the objects to be connected via a CAN bus. The CAN bus was chosen because of the large distances between the pumping stations. The V120 control unit has an integrated operator panel with visualisation that allows the status of the equipment to be monitored. The PROMOTIC SCADA system from the Czech company MICROSYS was used for visualization. It was used to create screens showing all pump stations, sedimentation tanks and hydrophore. Each object within its graphic panel displays, among others, the following parameters: level, pump flows, degree of gate valve opening, pipe pressure, flow rate, flow meter. An alarm system has been set up to inform of any undesirable situations triggered by the system.

The trend system consists of two charts that allow to generate multiple charts at once. The graphs on which the data is presented allow to change the time presented on the X-axes according to the user's needs.
