The PROMOTIC application controls and monitors the system of cold extraction in a granulated fertilizer plant.
 
Communication between PC and PLC is provided by the PmS7 communication driver (Profinet communication protocol).
 
Recipes
 
Based on the defined recipe, the operator selects a set of parameters (shunt operating times, transport screws, breaks between impact valve operations, etc.) according to the type of production. After login with the appropriate authorization, it is possible to edit existing recipes and add new ones.
 
Visualization
 
- Graphic representation of the technological equipment (cyclones and dust collectors)
- Monitoring the status of the current device (fan motor, worm conveyors, shaking, etc.)
- Process parameters archive
- Presentation in the form of trends of measured and set values (e.g. set fan speed)
- The usage of alarms module to check for hazardous conditions from a technological process viewpoint
