Object ExtComm

Description:

An extension of the PmVar variable of the PmaData object for connection to the PmaCommGroup object (communication by the PROMOTIC communication drivers).

Properties and methods:

ExtId	Data extension identifier
Group	Returns the PmaCommGroup object
ItemId	Text address/identifier of the variable for the corresponding communication type
LastSendError	Success rate of the last sent value
LastSendValue	Last sent value
RecalcD	Value of the D constant for recalculation
RecalcK	Value of the K constant for recalculation
RecalcQ	Value of the Q constant for recalculation
Var	Returns the PmVar object

Note:

This data extension registrates itself automatically into the PmaCommGroup object after the application is launched. Therefore it is not needed to create the requested item on the "PmaCommGroup > Data" tab!
If all items for the PmaCommGroup object are of the "Data extension" type, then the "PmaCommGroup > Data" tab may remain empty.

Format of saving the data extension in the form of a text string:
The content of complete of data extension (all configurators) can be saved in the form of single text string. See Format of saving the data extension in the form of a text string.
