Permissions - tab of the PmaPanel object

Description:
On this tab permissions of the object are defined. See the "Permission" tab of the PmaObject object.
Permissions list of the object:
PanelOpenEnable/disable opening the panel in the application. This is the definition of local users that can open this panel. It isn't meaningful for the network users.
PanelCloseEnable/disable closing the panel in the application. This is the definition of local users that can close this panel. It isn't meaningful for the network users.
WebReadEnable/disable reading from Web. It is the specification of users who can read data (in the form of XML or HTML) of this object. It has sense only if the "Web server" tab is filled in. It has sense only for network users. See: Web panels.
WebWriteEnable/disable writing from Web. It is the specification of users who can make backward interventions from the panel. It has sense only if the "Web server" tab is filled in. It has sense only for network users. See: Web panels.
WebMethodsEnable/disable calling the methods from Web. It is the specification of users who can use calling the designer methods for the panel. The panel methods are defined on the "PmaObject > Methods" tab, and they can be called even in panels intended for the Web. It has sense only if the "Web server" tab is filled in. It has sense only for network users.
Similar is "PmaRoot > Permissions > WebMethods" permission, that is used for calling the global methods.
