Selection of the global Pma prototype - configuration window

Description:
The window is used for selecting the global PmaPrototype object.
This configuration window can be opened from the "Path to prototype" configurator on the "PmaInstance > Instance" tab.
Configurators:
Path to the prototypeThe path to the global PmaPrototype object. The path is always specified as a relative path within the /#Global/PmaPrototypes object.
New prototypeCreates a new global PmaPrototype object and puts it in the /#Global/PmaPrototypes object or into the current folder inside this object.
New folderCreates a new PmaGlobal object used as a folder of global objects and puts it in the /#Global/PmaPrototypes object or into the current folder inside this object.
