Preconfiguration "PmgBar with displayed value"
Creates
PmgPrototype and
PmgInstance object configured as
PmgBar with diplayed value.
This preconfiguration can be activated when
creating a new Pmg object and is included in the group:
"/ Instance, Prototype, PmgBox".
