Preconfigurations in group "Widgets - Weather forecast"

The group can be selected when new Pmg object is being created.

Preconfiguration list:
- Weather forecast widget - 4 days: Creates the PmgFrame object configured as - Weather forecast widget - 4 days
- Weather forecast widget - weekly: Creates the PmgFrame object configured as - Weather forecast widget - weekly
