pMe(Object) Reference to the graphic item where the event rises.
pEvent(Object) A referrence to object describing detailed information about the specific event.

The pEvent parameter is not used here because this event does not need any additional information.

- This event is not functional for graphic item: PmiRoot, PmiAx.

The events onFocusIn and onFocusOut are suitable for calling some action when focus is obtained or lost. For visual changes triggered by focus change the onModeChange event is more suitable. This event provides more complex information regarding item status.
