Hello,
i want to connect S7-1200 to Promotic with PmS7 (ethernet).
i don't know how to set up the S7-1200 PLC.
In the PLC properties i selected "Full access" and checked "Permit access with PUT/GET communication from remote partner".
Is that all or must i configure an S7 connection?

First you need to configure your network setup so the PLC is really accessible from the Internet (so it can be PINGed from outside).

Then enter the IP address into the preconfiguration and test the communication:

Hi...I used a direct cable. I was able to access a used 1215C cpu FS04 . But I could never succeded what I did with a fresh cpu. It did not saw any compatible siemens accessable device when I search. The leds of the cpu at eth port was ON when I connect it my pc. I reset my eth adapter, delete and reinstall its driver. I was installed trial version of tia portal V14 some days ago.
