PmRtManager - manager of running apps

Component of running apps manager PmRtManager is an individual program PmRtManager.exe, installed together with the PROMOTIC system (into \Tools\PmRtManager). The program configuration is read from PmRtManager.ini. This component is fully functional free of charge.
The running apps manager has two basic functions:

PmRtManager as WatchDog

PmRtManager allows to launch desired applications on system start. If one (or multiple) application(s) stopps running or is stopped, it can restart the application or restart the whole computer. See PmRtManager as WatchDog.

PmRtManager as service

PmRtManager may run either as OS Windows service or as normal application. If the manager runs as service then the applications launched by the manager run as services. If the manager runs as a normal application the the applications launched by the manager run as normal apps. See PmRtManager as service.
The operation of PmRtManager can be monitored by Web interface that can be found on default address http://ip:81/info.html. In order to run the PmRtManager program, it must have OS Windows permission to launch Web server service on specified port. This permission is granted to programs launched with administrator rights. For other Windows users, it is necessary to grant them the permission to run the Web server, preferably by using the PmHttpConfig.exe utility. In the upper portion of the window (Permissions to run PROMOTIC Web servers) add the Web server address (default: http://+:81/) and on the Windows Permissions page add the user that will be launching the PmRtManager and enable everything.
