Small system PID controller variant
This preconfiguration can be activated when creating a new object (e.g. by "New object"
in the local object menu or by pressing the Insert
key after selecting the object) and is included in the group: " / Technology / Regulators"
This preconfiguration can be used with the objects: PmFolder or PmRoot.
- The preconfiguration is created not
including the panel functionality as a Web panel
In the PmData
object named Data
, there are the main variables w
- desired value, u
- regulator output and y
- measured value. These values are connected by ExtTrend
into the PmTrend
object. The Kp
values are controller constants. The values limiting the regulator output are umax
. Other values are only auxilliary, used for storing the data since the last controller action.
object named Timer
contains in the onTick
events the whole regulation calculation. The comments
are used to describe each step of the calculation.
object is used for testing the regulation parameters. In the upper portion of the panel, there are graphic items representing the block diagram of the controller circuit. The regulation circuit includes the description texts and current regulation values displayed as PmiText
items. The PmiWEdit
can be used to modify the constants or controller limits. The TrendsView
graphic item displays the progress of the regulation. The PmiSlider
item is connected by a data binding to the data value w
and can be used to simulate the desired value (value - y
) to be reached by the controlled system.
These configurators can be set before the preconfiguration is created:
|The name of created object||Name of the object created in the application object tree. This is a system name and must not contain diacritics, empty string, spaces and the first character must not be a number.|
|Enable as Web component||Specifies whether this object has to be registered as a Web server component |
After this preconfiguration is created, the configurator is se to: PmPanel > Web server > Enable as Web component.
|PmWeb object||Path in the objects tree to the PmWeb, PmWebFolder or PmWebLang object where the registration is carried out. |
Macro expression can be used for input (it is evaluated while the application is launching).
After this preconfiguration is created, the configurator is se to: PmPanel > Web server > PmWeb object.
