Member of logical groups - configuration window

Description:
Setting the membership in logical groups.
This configuration window can be opened from the "Member of logical groups" configurator of each Pma object.
Configurators:
Logical groupsList of all available logical groups for selection.
SelectionList of all selected logical groups.
Selection of next logical group can by done by the "Add" button.
Removing a selected logical group can be done by the "Remove" button.
Note:
The logical groups are defined in the "Logical groups" configuration window of the PmaRoot object.
