Add/edit column - configuration window

The window serves for setting properties of selected table column of the alarm/event viewer.
This configuration window can be opened on the PmgAlarmStateViewer > Viewer, PmgAlarmHistoryViewer > Viewer or PmgEventViewer > Viewer page.

Identifier	Column identifier
Displayed name	Displayed column name. Macro expression can be used for input ($.text ..) (it is evaluated after the application is launched).
Displayed width	Displayed column width (in pixels).
