CellEditable - property of object PmTable

Description:
Getting (setting) the possibility to edit a cell (eventually the whole columns and rows).

This property is obsolete (but functional) and is replaced by SetCellEditable and GetCellEditable methods.

Syntax:
CellEditable(Row As Long, Col As Long) As Boolean
Calling:
b = oTable.CellEditable(row, col)
Parameters:
Row(Long) If the value is >=0 then it is a index of the row (zero-based index).
Value -2 means the last row.
Value -3 sets the value to all rows.
Col(Long) If the value is >=0 then it is a index of the column (zero-based index).
Value -2 means the last column.
Value -3 sets the value to all columns.
Note:
Property access for read and write. The property is functional only when the control type of the table by a user was set to the value of 3 by the Interaction property. It is not possible to set the value -3 in both parameters Row and Col; if the value is set in one parameter, then it cannot be used in the other.

This property is not functional for Web Panels in JavaScript language.

Example:
Setting the possibility to edit cells in the eight column (counted including the fixed part). The property is functional only when the control type of the table by a user was set to the value of 3 by the Interaction property.
Dim oTable
Set oTable = pMe.Items("/Ax0").Acx
oTable.Interaction = 3
oTable.CellEditable(-3, 7) = true
