Preconfiguration "Metering device in defined sector of a circle."

Creates graphic item PmiCanvas configured as metering device in sector of a circle.
This preconfiguration can be activated when creating a new graphic item and is included in the group: " / Bar, Slider, Meter / Meter".
This graphic item contains embedded PmiCanvas item named Dynamic. It controls the movement of the device pointer by using the variable named val. The binding can be used to connect it to the measured value.
In the parent graphic item PmiCanvas there are variables min and max defining the value range of the device. Additional variables arcStart and arcSize that are used to define the beginning, direction and size of circle sector and also variables technolMin and technolMax that show the technological limits of the device. Additional configuaration variables are located in the context itself, in the section beginning with the USER VALUES comment.
Additional configuration variables are located at the beginning of context itself, or at the beginning of the user method. The following items can be set:
- sTextSize - description text size
- majTicks - number of main scale segments
- minTicks - number of secondary scale segments between main segments
- nDescPer - defines the quantity of main segment descriptors (0 = no, 1 = each main, 2 = each second)
These configurators can be set before the preconfiguration is created:
